1The duration of the course leading to Bachelor’s Degree Law (LL.B.,) shall be spread over a period of three academic years of six semesters. |

2 The teaching and instruction is in accordance with the Bar Council of India Rules. |
| |
3 A student who successfully completes the I to VI Semester shall be eligible for the award of the Degree LL.B., (Bachelor of Laws). |

1. A candidate who passes Bachelor degree of Bangalore University or any other University recognized as equivalent there to with 45% marks in aggregate of all the three year of the degree examination are eligible for admission to I Semester of 3 year LL.B., course. Further, the students who have obtained Bachelor Degree through open University / Correspondence course system are also eligible for admission to 3 year LL.B., course, but candidate who passes single sitting Bachelor Degree are not eligible for admission to I Semester of 3 year LL.B., degree course. |

2. The candidate who has passed his/her Post Graduate degree under Open Universities scheme or through correspondence scheme are considered eligible for admission to I Semester of 3 year LL.B., degree course.For candidates belonging to the SC/ST category, the minimum marks required for admission to I Semester of 3 year LL.B., degree course. |

3. Candidate belonging to SC/ST category who obtain the marks in aggregate between 35% and above below 40% at their qualifying examination are eligible to take the entrance test conducted by the college. Likewise candidates other than SC/ST category who obtain the marks in aggregate between 40% and above and below 45% of marks at their qualifying examination are also eligible to take the entrance test conducted by the college. |
